Welcome to Dell PartnerDirect
Partner Direct forms the foundation upon which we build successful and mutually beneficial business relationships with our partners across the world. It is based on three core principles:
Consumer and Small Business Partners
The Partner Direct program is designed to help Distributors and Channel Partners to sell and support Dell’s Consumer & Small Business product ranges. Dell have a fantastic range of products for Consumers, with Inspiron, XPS, Alienware, as well as a range of Software and peripherals. For Small Business Partners (1-99 employees), Dell have the Vostro product range designed to support the needs of SOHO (Small Office Home Office) professionals. The Consumer & Small Business Partner Direct program has two levels of participation
REGISTERED PARTNER
Registered Partner status is open to all Channel partners, and is the first level of partnership with Dell on the program. To become a Registered Partner, you are required to register on this partner portal, and meet the minimum qualification level. If approved, Dell will issue your company with a unique Partner ID number, and you will be able to print a certificate confirming your Registered Status with Dell
PREFERRED PARTNER
Preferred Partner is a more advanced level of partnership with Dell, which in addition to being Registered, requires a partner to meet certain criteria. This includes: • Completion of a joint annual business plan with a Dell Account Manager• Commitment to a sales target• Sharing of marketing plans and initiatives
The goal of all programs is to provide Partners with the skills and tools that ensure end user customers benefit from a professional buying experience. No matter which level you choose, your organization will be eligible for a wide range of marketing, support and business-development benefits from Dell.
