Welcome to the upgraded Dell PartnerDirect partner programme. The industry acknowledges the quality of this programme, with 80% of our current partners awarding us 8 out of 10 or higher. So why have we changed it?

The answer is you don’t stay ahead by standing still. We’ve reorganised things to make the categories in which we operate simpler for everyone – and also to provide you with more support and benefits than ever before. Our new PartnerDirect Preferred Partner programme offers you a simple framework with clear, measurable and valuable benefits. We have 2 levels of partnerships for companies reselling directly to end customers (Registered Resellers and Preferred Partners) and one category for our Authorised Distributors selling through to our Registered resellers and Preferred Partners. Consistent Consistent:

We provide trainings, information, engagement and support that are appropriate and useful for your business across Emerging Markets EMEA. End customers will recognize and value the status & partner relationship with Dell wherever they are based.

  •  We aim to only select high-quality partners who can grow in profitably with us. From the first contact to final approval, the process is clear, simple, consistent, and courteous
  • Through our leading training programme, both online and in classrooms, we aim to teach your team to be experts in our products and services portfolio as well as in fundamental concepts of the Dell culture, so they can provide your customers with an improved and more informative shopping experience. This combined with the resources and tools we’ll provide should lead to higher profits and a more prepared work force.
  • We offer you the opportunity to build different competencies and specialties to demonstrate your unique capabilities to your customers
  • Successful relationships need shared commitment. To achieve common goals, we will work together on quarterly reviews, planning and training updates. We’ll also offer deals registrations*, for Preferred Partners, to support your business, directly with a dedicated Dell team. Together, we can achieve more
